I had the same problem when I first put 10.5 on my Cube. I had to replace 2 of the 3 RAM sticks. They had never given trouble in 10.4 but 10.5 is apparrently much more memory intensive and sensitive. When I ran Rember (freeware memory testing utility) it found the bad RAM. After I replaced all 3 sticks with OWC 3 x 512 MB Leopard has run flawlessly. I should mention my Cube has a Sonnet 1.2 GHz processor and a GeForce 6200 video card. I don't think you'll be very happy with 10.5 on a stock Cube, Tiger will run much better. -- You received this message because you are a member of G-Group, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
