If the lights come on but nothing happens it's likely that the logic board got fried at some point, especially if it's been subjected to that kind of abuse. Circuit breakers are THERE FOR A REASON! If you're blowing circuits in your house, you are overloading your wiring. At some point the breaker will not blow and the odds are very good that you WILL have an electrical fire inside your walls. Whether it goes out by itself or burns your house down is a matter of luck.
