What is truly sad is that it was the inland 4-port USB 2.0 Hub that went
bad.
I tried the Power Cord from that hub in the other one but no go
(A DC 7.5V 200mA cord. I was unsure of the output when I tried it. It is a
Model CNR-440).
When I switched the Hub from Bus-powered to Self-powered it was as if I had
disconnected all of the USB devices.
