Go here and get one of the fonts: <http://babelstone.blogspot.com/2008/02/pigpen-and-fowl-fonts.html> Once the font is installed simply type out your text, select it and set in the desired cipher font. Once you have the 'ciphertext' print it as an image and pass along your secret.
