Yes, this is a great idea, bounce all posts that aren't plain text.
Unfortunately, I don't think Google has an option for this? Several
list owners have requested a plain-text option on the Google Groups
Help Forum, but these requests fall on deaf ears. Google seems to have
abandoned Google Groups, except for data mining.
