Keep the first models. They are more valuable in the future as they are the first to get scrapped. When I was saving computers I saved the biggest and most maxed out. In retrospect that was incorrect. Most collectors I dealt with wanted the very first models. The Mac 128 is usually worth more than any of the other early macs...as an example.
