I replaced the power supply on my DA with a regular $20 ATX supply
modified according to the instructions at this link: http://atxg4.com/
Perhaps he is still selling the harnesses. ($20)

It works. If you compare the pinout diagrams you will note the
differences between the various machines.

The only thing I did differently was to use two 12 volt lines (instead
of one); one was isolated for the 12 volt pin and one was used for the
trickle line.
If you bought an ATX to ATX connector harness and cut off one end you
could do your soldering on the harness and simply plug in the power
supply, with the ability to replace it if it failed.

I have not put the DA in sleep mode but I do have a MDD with a similar
ATX solution that sleeps and wakes reliably.
