CHUD Tools 3.5.2 is the last version to support the nap mode/ single cpu. Apple has removed that version (and earlier ones) from the developer site. I did a quick search and couldn't find a download available, but there might be...
The control panel behaved erratically in Leopard for me; works best in Tiger. But still needs to be switched back to single cpu after waking from sleep mode. There is extensive discussion of CHUD Tools and MDD's; just google it.
