Gee, I wonder why those 'daft programmers' don't want to support it in their 
browser anymore. 8-/

Not that it's very likely that someone still running 10.4 is going to be worth 
hacking directly, the issue is that there are numerous exploits out in the wild 
for Flash like this, and while your system may not lead to anything of value it 
can be used as a platform to launch other attacks outward.

All very remote, yes, but more than enough reason to not support known 
vulnerabilities in your software.
