I never met any card like that, since a long, long time...
In 2004 I had a Radeon 9200 PCI, and even that had dual display output.

I'm pretty sure that any card with 128 MB Vram or more, has dual display
capability; at least, on the two main ports (being those VGA, DVI or ADC).

S-Video can be a different thing, thou, but I never used that.
