The AcBel is the older one and many seem to fail eventually. Get the Panasonic although it has a bit less capacity/wattage. Installing the German Papst fans helped to get things a bit more quiet. The MDD dual CPU machines are a bit louder but you can download some developer app that lets you switch between single and dual mode. When I listen to music or watch a movie I switch to single mode ...
