Any possibility of sharing some details of your "alternative use"?
I think I speak for a lot of people who would be interested in hearing how to get continued mileage out of our PPC systems and/or help our own local communities. Perhaps we can all share ideas. One thing I'm also a bit curious about. You mention only wanting the last iteration of the PowerBook G4 as well as late versions of the eMac with no mention of the G4 iMac and a willingness to take pretty much any PowerMac G4 (500mhz and above pretty much only excludes the Yikes! and the early Sawtooth models). What gives with that? Are you sitting on a pile of CPU upgrades for AGP G4's? Genuinely curious... JR On Tue, Jan 3, 2012 at 8:22 PM, David W.
