I've always purchased from either OWC ( http://www.macsales.com ) or Crucial
(http://www.crucial.com )

Crucial's Memory adviser is very good.

Never had a problem with either supplier regarding compatibility, price,
delivery or quality.

I am not connected with either - just a satisfied customer of both.
