IIRC the developer tools (which includes XCode) are on your 10.5 disk. If not, 
you need to download it from Apple; at developer.apple.com.

There's a package that claims to worl with NeXT and BSD, so might be adaptable 
to OS X here <http://freecode.com/projects/pppd> Good freakin' luck, you're 
going to need it! :-)

Might be easier to hunt down an actual terminal server to do this, like this:

We used one of these for years as our dial-in box for the college.
