About $30 at Newegg. Possibly less on the used market. If you have a use for 60 of them, I've seen lots being sold with a unit price of about $2 each. :-) DDR2 memory is at the sweet spot right now. 1 GB SO-DIMMs are $15 each and have been for most of the past twelve months.
