"stress show up" is not very meaningful. Is this an english translation issue?

Do you mean that the fans ramp up in speed and stay that way? If so, that's a sign of difficulties with the power manager. Replacing the pram/backup battery then zap the pram/nvram.

Run the Diagnostic DVD for this model and after the Calibration and
the Full TEST nothing wrong show up...EVERYTHING IS OK ...Is this
Diagnostic a real tool?

yes.

If I've read your symptom correctly - that the fans ramp and stay fast - then that's the correct behavior when the PMU/SMC is getting bad initialization. The fix is to replace the battery and reset the pram/nvram.

With the 2.3 was a little different the Diagnostic show up a sensor problem for the HDrive and DVD rom section

Start by reseating the cables.

( the fan stress came after 1 or 2 hours of work ) working with Final Cut.
Why is so different in the result..any idea?

Different computers will have different faults.

That the fans ramp when the system has been worked hard is expected.
