Agreed. The Quads' LCSs are more reliable than the ones from previous LC 
models.

I'm definitely sure that the top-of-the-line models use/rely on liquid cooling:

Mid-2004 Dual-2.5 GHz (970fx) PowerMac7,3
Early 2005 Dual-2.7 GHz (970fx) PowerMac7,3
Late 2005 Dual-2.5 GHz Dual-Core i.e. "Quad" (2x970MP) PowerMac11,2

I may be wrong, but is there a liquid cooled 2.3 GHz?

Anyway, I have to confess that I've never actually seen a liquid cooled Power 
Mac. I must also confess that I regularly get confused about this too.
