I actually fixed it with the sellers advice. What you do is get that craft wire and fold it over four times and twist it to make it a relatively strong bundle. Next, you put it through the hole under where it get stuck and pull out extremely hard. Then you do it for the hole below it and repeat going down past the tray the drive mounts to 2 holes, than you go back up and repeat until it works.
