My business email account is web based Yahoo Mail and I could not find a way to check the all the headers.

On Yahoo! webmail, view the mail message. Then pull down the tool (gear) menu and select "View Full Header".

Yahoo's presentation leaves a lot to be desired. Ok, that's being polite. It outright sucks. To rebuild the full email, you have to copy the headers from the pop-up window, paste them into another app (such as TextEdit) then go back and copy the rest of the email and paste it. Lame, very lame. (Can you tell I absolutely hate webmail?)

Very disturbing when spammers are accessing your friends and business associates email addresses.

Disturbing? Why? This was big news 10 years ago. Today it's .... eh.

The service providers are under attack. Old news. They do the basics to protect the users, but eventually the robots get in. Of course, it helps considerably when the users go out of their way to select easily crackable passwords.
