I once posted telling everyone how great my old G4 933 (2001) was and I got a
lot of flack for the post. LOL. My 11 year old G4 runs so good. Once in a
while I think about a new iMac but really have no intentions until my G4
becomes completely unusable. I put a USB 2.0 card and a pci sata controller
with 2 hard drives and it runs just fine. That should get me a few more years.
A few years ago, my stock super drive stopped working so I put in a new
pioneer unit. I use a beautiful ADC 23" Cinema display and enjoy being able to
see 2 pages at one time.
