Thanks, mucho for the feedback, guys.  Intuitively, I suspected this was 
likely the case, but didn't know for sure.  It only occurred to me that 
this might be a possibility when someone on the Swap List listed a "Wanted 
to Buy" for a G5 Graphics Card, which is also a PCI-X card for Macs.  OTOH 
Apparently I can use this card in one of the other PCI-X slots in the Mac 
Pro Tower.  I don't know if this would allow for an expanded desktop or 
simply a mirror of the primary desktop.

All right, folks!  I have been properly schooled on the difference between 
PCI-X & a PCI-E.  A fellow G-Lister has set me straight.  I'm saying three 
"Hail Steve Jobs" &  a donating the card to a non-profit radio station.  
Hopefully, this will reduce my time in spinning ball hell.  Thanks, again!
