That doesn't look to me like damage from shipping??? I would just get as
much money back from them as you can get so you can at least buy the parts you
need to fix it. The damage to the case doesn't look like it will affect the
performance at all. I could fix that the damage to the case if I had it with a
plastic hammer. So it looks like all you need would be a hard drive and the
sled as long as the caps aren't leaking...
