I haven't really noticed a whole lot of difference between the major brands. I currently have a Cisco one (ex-Linksys, iirc) and it's worked well for a few years. Had a Netgear one before that for a few years , and an Apple BAse Station before that (mainly because it had a modem...yes, I was using dial-in access until about 2005 or so!)
