Oops! I just saw this, which I believe is true. "Apple hardware test will not run properly when their is a third party upgrade card in place, like that of your 1.2Ghz Sonnet G4, thus you see the 3/7 error." I suspect if you remove the CPU card, the hardware test will run clean...
