You may be able to get it back by re-installing the 10.5.8 combo updater: <http://support.apple.com/kb/dl866>.
Even if the clone didn’t boot, you should be able to mount it and go into /System/Library/GFramewroks and drag the webkit directory over to the booted disk. Then re-run the combo updater.
