Hay!
I stumbled while
surfing over your program, and I think it could be usefull for mee, and other
low-end users.
The problem is
however that the very extended held file is not
completely understandable for me, and possibly others, that just want
to back-up in a local computer with two harddisks.
You mention
disadvantages that programs like TrueImage could have when making backups from
other than MS operating systems, but I seem to miss the actual
point...
Nevertheles I like
restore programs that work "out of the blue", with no installation whats or
ever in the operating systems, and without any relation with the used
operating system.
I do think that a
down-to-earth step-by-step helpfile for low-end user like me, with two internal
harddiscs that just want to make a compressed image of a partition, and the
step-by-step restoration of such could be very usefull.
As a start I do not
understand that in such a case I would need an IP number. But again, a
step-by-step help for users like me would be very nice!
I apologise for not
having understood your helpfile that is no doubt perfect for experienced users,
and I do hope that I'm not alone in this question....
kind
regards,
Edwin
