I have tried the keyboard in all the usb sockets and also tried a number of different usb keyboards but I still cant get the machine to boot with a working keyboard.
Occasionally an error message appears before the wd0 and cd0 messages which is along the lines of uhci0 controller disabled (sorry cant remember exactly and it only happens occasionally) > From: Hubert Feyrer <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > cc: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [g4u-help] g4u-help > > On Tue, 23 May 2006 [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > > The last three lines are > > > > cd0(piixide0:1:0) using PIO mode 4 Ultra-DMA mode2 (Ultra/33) (using DMA) > > uhub1: device problem disabling port 2 > > uhub1: device problem disabling port 2 > ... > > The problem would appear to be with the usb controller.
