I'd like esp. those people to test this who experienced hanging systems.

New in 2.3alpha2:
- Bump TCP send and receive space to 128k (from 32k)
- Disable ACPI for the npx(4) Numeric Processing Extension coprocessor
and emulator, which hangs the system when attached via ACPI on some Dell
laptops
New in 2.3alpha1:
- Enable SMP & ACPI code (via GENERIC.MPACPI)
- NetBSD-current sources from 20060602, to get working Broadcom
ethernet driver
