Hi.
Our school has successfully been using g4u for awhile now. We
recently upgraded our lab machines to HP/Compaq dc76000 boxes, and our
previous version of g4u quit working.
I downloaded the most recent version (2.2), and found that it didn't
work either, halting at
wd0 at atabus1 drive 0
Checking the g4u-help archives, I found that this was a known
problem. It suggested that I upgrade to 2.3alpha1. With 2.3alpha1,
all is well.
However, things don't work properly with 2.3alpha3 (I didn't check
2.3alpha2). The machine booted OK and gave me a list of commands.
However, when I tried "ifconfig -a", I got the following:
uid 0, pid 3033, command ifconfig on /: file system full
/: write failed, file system is full
pid 3033 (ifconfig): user write of [EMAIL PROTECTED] at 848 failed: 20
pid 3033 (ifconfig), uid 0: exited on signal 12 (core not dumped, err=20)
[1] Bad system call ifconfig -a
