We use the cable select option for our dual IDE drive servers.  It was noted that the G4U program does not recognize the master/slave selection using CS jumpers.  The top drive uses the IDE cable connection at the end and the bottom drive the middle connection.  I started the server with one drive in the top bay and G4U recognized it as wd0.  I shut it down and moved the same drive to the bottom bay and it recognized it as wd0.  Not knowing this I did a diskcopy wd0 wd1 on my system and it incorrectly choose and over wrote my good drive.

I forced the drives to be master and slave with the jumpers and then G4U was a happy camper.
