That doesn't make sense. It just creates unneccessary overhead, and you'd 
have to solve the same problems as with local files: finding storage, and 
having them in a filesystem. Back when g4u was limited in size i chose not 
to do that. Today, the size constraints are relaxed, and I've started 
thinking about a "cd restore" facility. Start of a script is in the 
sources, the idea was to burn the generated image on CD/DVD, and use the 
g4u floppy image as CD/DVD boot image. As the size and format of that has 
changed, this probably needs some adjusting and isn't as easy to create as 
before.
