SDelete (version 1.51) from sysinternals
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Security/SDelete.mspx

Has a semi-undocumented feature that writes 0x00 on all unused disk space

Just download the program and use "sdelete -c" from a command prompt and
your ready to go.

Reference: (about halfway down the page someone researches the code to
reveal its functionality)

This is the quickest, easiest, least intrusive method I have found for
performing this action.
