So, please take a look to my patch implementing the following previosly
mentioned features:

Implemented with new uploadlayout, slurplayout, and copylayout scripts
(plus the layoutput /similar to ftpput/ helper). See 'usage' fiel for
details.

The *part scripts was merged to *disk scripts (which aren't included in
the distribution anymore).

Done as well.

Unfortunately, by including fdisk I had broke 2 floppy disks limit
(it's not critical for me at all, but I understand that keepeng g4u in
small size is convenient). I'd be appreciated if you can fix this.
