Hi,
I am trying to run g4u ver 2.3 over Lenovo T61.
I have tried g4u on T42 and it works perfectly however when I tried on
T61, it cannot detect the NIC.
I did a ifconfig -a and I got 2 interfaces:
wpi0 - this is for wireless LAN
fwip0 - I tried to make a static IP and route as advised from your
webpage, there are no error message, but I cannot ping to the machine.
I am not sure if this is related to IEEE1394 because when I run dmesg, I
saw this:
fwip0 at ieee1394if0i IP over IEEE1394
>From dmesg, it read:
Intel i82801H (M-AMT) LAN controller (ethernet network, revision 0x03)
at pci0 dev25 function 0 not configured
and so I wonder if g4u can detect this LAN controller.
Please help, I have plenty of T61 to clone!
