Have you tried using an IP address rather than DNS for the server? Is
this Windows FTP? Linux? If its linux, you may be using virtual
accounts in the FTP server, which requires setting up an additional user
account and password in the FTP part.... But I'm just guessing as I
don't know what you're using :-)

Subject: [g4u-help] In house FTP login problem

Hello, my name is Aaron and I'm an IT at a small size accounting firm.
What I have wanting to do is use g4u to clone laptops onto our testbench
computer which we have set up as an FTP at the moment. The testbech has
the "Install" account and install as the password. There is, however, no
password of the FTP portion of the computer.

The problem is that g4u can connect to the testbench but then gives me
"User install cannot log in". I'm not sure what I'm missing. The command
I've been using is uploaddisk testbench trial wd0. Any help with this
problem would be greatly appreciated.
