Hi,

it's pretty easy to make a bootable USB key. You know your boxes do USB boot as your dd floppy tested that. So the trick is to dupliate the boot aspect but keep the space:

HP made a routine for this which can be found:

http://bootdisk.com/pendrive.htm (see Method 2)

Then all the files off the CD iso should do it.

I'm sorry I can't give a step by step as it's a while since I set it up, but now I have a 1GBdrive I just copy my 'experimental' G4U onto it and do a USB boot hbefore transfering onto my PXE server setup.
