  The issue is your:
JMicron PCIE to SATA/IDE raid controller BIOS 1.06.69

The JMicron's have mediocre BSD support, but I believe this *should* work if 
you change the controller mode to IDE Compatible in your BIOS. This will 
obviously negate whatever benefit you are getting with the raid functionality, 
but that is an unfortunate problem with Hardware-assisted software raids, as 
these types of controllers have come to be called.

ums0 at uhidev0; 3 button a Z dir
wsmouse 0 at ums0 mux 0
wd0 at atabus3 drive 0
 
Same thing without USB when O try without mouse connected.
