I usually get that message if I'm trying to write an Image to a disk
that is too small for it.

Does the process go on for a while before you get the message?

Subject: [g4u-help] broken pipe error g4u 2.4alpha2

I created a disk image from a SATA hard drive connected via a usb
adaptor (sd0). When I go to write the image to an internal sata drive,
slurpdisk serverip image_name wd0, I get the following error:
Progress: writing 47448 bytes to output pipe: Broken pipe
gzip:error writing to output: Broken pipe
ftp:Writing '| progress -z dd obs=lm of = /dev/rwd0d:Broken pipe
462 Failure writing network stream.

Has anyone ran into this error before?
The PC I am using is a Dell Optiplex 755 with an intel NH828011O chipset
in it. If you need anymore hardware info let me know.

Thanks,
-Ed Liddle
