Summary: Contact tooltip doesnt disappear

Initial Comment:
On the win32 port of GAIM (1.5.0), there is a small glitch. When the cursor
exits the buddy list window, the tooltip doesn't disappear. It stays on top of
everything until you reopen the buddy list. As soon as the cursor is moved back
on to the buddy list the tooltip disappears. It isn't a particularly high
priority thing, but it gets annoying to have to reopen the buddy list because
theres a tooltip from a random contact in the middle of eclipse.

Thanks for your time!

This is a GTK+ bug that has been improved (but not completely eliminated)
in newer GTK+ versions.
Using 2.0.0beta6 with GTK+ 2.10.8 should be somewhat better.
