Summary: changing icq buddy icon causes "unable to add" error

This is probably the same bug as 1462948 but is
reposted because the symptoms are different.
In 2.0.0b4, if I try to change the buddy icon of an icq
account, I get this very weird error message:
"Unable To Add
Could not add the buddy 1 for an unknown reason. The
most common reason for this is that you have the
maximum number of allowed buddies in your buddy list."

This should be fixed in Pidgin MTN now, and it'll be fixed in Pidgin
2.0.0, once it's released.

Bug #1641580 has been closed as being a duplicate of this one.
However, to keep the bug in perspective it should be noted that the
mentioned symptom ("Unable to add..." message) occurred the moment I
upgraded to to Beta version 2.0.0B6.
I never changed my ICQ buddy icon to cause this problem to arise.
Indeed, I have 2 ICQ IDs that I use Gaim for and it is only occurring for
1 of them.
