Summary: Encrypt Stored Passwords

Initial Comment:
Gaim stores the stored passwords in plaintext for anyone to read--a hacker, 
virus, or spyware could easily take advantage of this, especially if someone 
uses the same password for multiple things.  

I think that implementing some sort of password encryption is therefore quite 
important.
