Summary: Auto Idle-status selection rules

Initial Comment:
Would be neat to have the ability for it to choose the Idle Status based on
predefined rules.

I.E.
If Idle for more than 10 minutes between 12pm and 1pm on Monday-Friday, then
set Idle to "probably out to lunch".
If Idle for more than 5 minutes between 2pm and 3pm on Monday, Wednesday,
Friday, then set Idle to "probably in meeting"
If Idle for more than 5 minutes between 5pm and 7pm on Sunday, set Idle to "out
at Soccer match"
