Summary: Buddy List Editor GUI

Initial Comment:
The removal of the "Edit" tab from gaim 0.5x to 0.6x
has certainly made the interface simpler. However, it
would still be nice to have a button or menu option to
pop up a buddy list editor (organized by account).

Here is why this feature is necessary:
- When I am logged in on more than 1 account, I can't
be sure of whose buddy list I am editing. When I
delete a buddy, am I deleting the buddy under account1,
account2, or both?
- It is important to be able to easily see all buddies
at once sometimes, without toggling the "Show Offline
Buddies" option. For example, to add a buddy pounce,
or to check the log for a buddy, I could just open the
buddy edit window and right click on him. As it stands
now, I have to navigate the menu, enable Show Offline
Buddies, check my buddy's log, and then go back and
disable Show Offline Buddies.
- Sometimes it's just nice to see all buddies at once,
organized by account. It's inconvenient to have to
enable and disable a menu option to see them, and
impractical to list all offline buddies along with
online ones all the time.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to see
this feature implemented.
