Summary: Hide Converstaion/Options Menu

Initial Comment:
As some people rarely use the Conversation and Options
menu, there should be an option to hide it. This would
make IM windows look very clean and minimal, like some
users like it.

I was thinking of this the other day, as well as the menu on the main
buddy list. You can always get to things from the system tray. There
would have to be a little bit of redesign though.
