Summary: Smiley sizes

Initial Comment:
In AIM, smileys of a different font appear bigger or
smaller. Perhaps some way to dynamically scale the
smiley icons when appearing in a different font?

Adding comments from #926803 (Eric - hiware):
In AIM 4.8, and I presume in higher versions, smilies
are scaled to the appropriate font size and are
resizable with the Larger/Smaller Font buttons. In
Gaim, smilies are always the standard size, regardless
of how large the font size is, and normally (at least
for me) the smilies are about twice as large as the
text font size, creating unnecessary vertical white space.
