Summary: Ignore certain file types with filetransfers

Initial Comment:
After the 18257th person trying to send me a .pif
virus, i was wondering if gaim could implement
something to ignore certain file types. since i'm
running Linux, i have no need to receive windows file
types like .exe and .dll, so it would be great if i
could make a list of extensions to ignore.
oh, and .pif can be on the list by default, cause
they're completely useless since windows 95 and this
legacy junk is only used for virusses these days.
