Summary: smileys should have transparent bg

Initial Comment:
Some smileys have white around them to fill up the
block. It should be either removed or made transparent,
as it doesn't work that nice, if you don't have that
white or no white at all as background color in your IM
windows.

hm, would this just be a matter of using 32-bit PNG smileys,
with alpha channels? Does gaim support that for conversation
window images?
