Summary: Error window when latest download dir has been deleted

Initial Comment:
 In Gaim 2.0.0 Beta 5 under Windows XP SP2 Gaim showed an error message saying 
it couldn't find the directory where the latest transferred file had been saved 
to, which I had renamed some time before. After OKing the error, it had moved 
one folder up with no problems, asking to save the file in the parent directory.
 The file name field was empty, but that is reported in another bug and I have 
verified there is no relation.

 If the default behaviour is scaling the directory structure, the error message 
is probably not necessary, except for extreme cases of completely wrong 
addresses (when a partition has been removed or its letter changed, in windows).
