Summary: Limited Window Placement

Initial Comment:
I have dual monitors, the secondary one (on the right)
is positioned slightly higher (about 88 pixels) than
the primary.

Conversation windows are always placed with the top
edge 88 pixels above the top edge of the primary
monitor, making the title bar inaccessible, and the
window can't be dragged without right clickin on the
taskbar icon and selecting the move option.

This error gets really annoying if you use a skin such
as "Deep Thought v 2.0" for Litestep with the taskbar
on the top, and you have enough windows open so that
the new window covers it's own taskbar icon.

In short, please bring back the remember window
placement option.

There is a plugin in the plugin tracker on sf.net that
attempts to work around this.

This is not a Gaim bug, but a bug in GTK+, the widget toolkit
used by Gaim. Your bug is being moved to our "gtk bugs" tracker,
where it will be grouped with similar bugs. When we know a gtk
bug number for this issue, your group number will reflect it.
