Summary: if th taskbar is in the upper hand chat windows stay behind

Initial Comment:
I use the windows taskbar in the upper part of the
screen, instead of the bottom where it usually is. Gaim
creates conversation windows in the (0,0) coordinate of
the screen, and because of this those windows are
created belox the taskbar. That means you don't have
access to the menus and you can't move them, unless you
right click the button of the chat window on the
taskbar anda use the move command.
